| 2. | Metering is platform neutral and requires the conversion of different platforms into a common environment. |
| 3. | Metering is inclusive of system and processing overheads. |
| 4. | Metering needs to be independently audited both before and after the decision. |

The System Analysis consulting services are centered around Capacity Management. They usually entail the detailed analysis of a system that is near or exceeding capacity. The result of the analysis is enough information so that a management decision can be made regarding the future of the system. Each analysis provides the following information:

The result of the analysis is enough information so that a management decision can be made regarding the future of the system. Each analysis provides the following information:
| 1. | Zero Cost Changes: These are the changes that can be made without any additional outlay of capital. It usually requires some technical commitment to accomplish the tasks. |
| 2. | Minimum Cost Changes: These are changes that require some capital outlay, but usually are not major in nature. These can include items such as additional disk units, memory or such. |
| 3. | System Replacement: These are the big ticket items, and the pros and cons are presented. Every attempt is made to provide at least three decision choices. |
